The lake itself seemed clean. The point at which we started heading toward the Middle River Rouge it got a little dicey. I didn’t see any needles, but apparently someone was trying to paint the river because there were spray paint cans all over. The highlight was Bob getting out of the canoe in 2 feet of water to try to move a tree. Oh, and murderous swans…those too.
